The Opportunity

• It is an opportunity for an experienced Client Relationship Associate to join their team
• Office Location: MBFC

The Job

The Relationship Associate will be working closely with Relationship Managers to acquire, manage and grow client relationship by providing a superior level of client servicing and client proximity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support ISB to attain their strategic growth targets;
• Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure operational effectiveness and delivery of high service levels;
• Liaise and follow up with Global Commercial Banking offices on inward/outward referrals and other operational matters;
• Assist in preparation of basic credit applications;
• Follow up and ensure timely preparation and receipt of loan, security and other documentation in line with the credit approvals and faciliate activation of facilities;
• Participate in ad hoc projects relating to improving operation processes and customer experience.
• Ensure adherence to all applicable operational risk HSBC Standards and policies, reporting any breaches in accordance with local procedures;
• Be adaptive to ongoing changes within the organization and support the implementation of needed changes in the department.

The Talent

• Diploma/Degree holders with a strong desire to serve customers
• Working knowledge in commercial banking products and banking operations
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, telephone and customer servicing skills
• Strong learning ability and comfortable with learning
• Able to effectively interact with people at all levels and be a team player
• Possess lots of initiative, drive and pride in getting the job done the right way the first time
