We are looking for a
Client Relationship Coordinator (Part-Time)
to support our growing team. In this role, you will assist in ensuring smooth after-sales service and efficient coordination of client documentation needs.
Responsibilities:
Support the client relations team with day-to-day coordination and follow-ups
Assist with preparation and processing of client documents
Perform data entry and maintain organised filing systems
Draft letters and documents for ACRA, MOM, and ICA submissions
Ensure documentation standards are met for immigration-related matters
Liaise with internal teams and clients on required documents and updates
Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and high attention to detail
Requirements:
Meticulous, responsible, and detail-oriented
Strong follow-up and communication skills
Able to commit
minimum 3 days a week
Prior admin or documentation experience is an advantage (not compulsory)
