Responsibilities
Serve as a dedicated point of contact for assigned clients
Coordinate internal resources to meet client needs
Conduct regular review sessions and provide after-sales support
Escalate and resolve concerns in a timely, professional manner
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business, Communications or related field
Strong client-facing and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
Empathetic, solution-driven mindset
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $3,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
