Key Responsibilities:

• Establish, maintain, and strengthen relationships with new and existing clients across different industries.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and service requests.
• Ensure yearly contract renewals of existing clients.
• Work closely with the Business Development and Talent Acquisition teams to understand client hiring needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Ensure that all client engagements align with industry best practices and government regulations.

Requirements:
xe2x9cx85 Local Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
xe2x9cx85 CEI-Certified, Preferably 1 to 3 years of experience in sales recruitment, operations management, business development, or client relationship management.
xe2x9cx85 Strong knowledge of MOM guidelines and employment regulations in Singapore.
xe2x9cx85 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients at various levels.
xe2x9cx85 Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
