Job Scope:

Address Client inquiries and requirements promptly and professionally. Regularly track Client investment portfolios and collateral positions. Ensuring consistently high client satisfaction by customising solutions and communication to align with each Client's goals and preferences. Build new client relationships while strengthening and expanding existing ones. Collaborate with team members to create and implement tailored wealth management strategies. Gather and share client feedback to support continuous enhancement of products and services. Conduct research to identify opportunities for increasing returns and minimizing risk.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in any field. Skilled in interpersonal interactions and clear communication. Approachable, professional, and responsive. Possesses good judgment and ability to work under pressure.
