Roles & Responsibilities

• To consistently promote and maintain a positive company image
• To building and maintaining healthy and profitable relationships with business clients and the operation team.
• Work promptly to address and resolve clients feedback/issues
• Resolving customer complaints quickly & efficiently. Escalating issues when necessary.
• Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling by creating and enforce plans that will help meet the clients’ needs
• Encourage high-sales and good relationship service and its best practices
• Collaborate with the sales team of new sales and cross-selling opportunities
• Create strategies and work with clients to boost business brand by keeping clients updated on the latest products in order to increase business opportunities.
• Be familiar with the business competition to stay ahead by conducting business reviews, by understanding and putting in place best practices to boost business opportunities.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience with background in customer service or sales is a plus
• Maintain a positive approach and focused on customer satisfaction.
• A team player with leadership skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships
• Strategic thinker and ability to analyze and solve problems promptly in understanding customer relationship management (CRM)
• Intuitive to clients’ needs. Attentive to detail and organized.
• Must be self-motivated, flexible and able to manage multi-tasking function at the same time.
