• Salary details : $3200 - $4300

• Working Days and Hours: Mondays - Fridays - 9am to 6pm

• Location of work: Ang Mo Kio (nearest MRT : Ang Mo Kio)

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular visits to client sites (shipyards, ports, etc.) to cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with shipowners, operators, and other influential stakeholders.

• Present and promote comprehensive vessel repair services during site visits, highlighting the latest capabilities, technological advancements, and service innovations.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and challenges, offering tailored solutions that align with their operational goals.

• Serve as the key point of contact between the company and clients, ensuring clear, professional, and timely communication at all times.

• Facilitate joint meetings with clients and key stakeholders to strengthen trust and explore additional opportunities, such as maintenance contracts or upgrade services.

• Design and implement targeted PR strategies and content to address specific client needs, delivering impactful communication that resonates with their business challenges.

• Oversee and enhance the company\'s social media presence by sharing success stories, innovations, and updates on company developments, showcasing their expertise.

• Support additional tasks and projects as required, contributing to the overall success of the team.

Requirements

• Min. NITEC, preferably in Engineering or Marina & Offshore.

• 1 - 3 years of experience in face-to-face customer service.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders.

• Experience presenting services and solutions.
