Job ResponsibilitiesThe incumbent will be responsible for:
Participating in road shows and conduct system demonstration on the use of our online trading and mobile platform
Being well-versed with our product offering such as equities, CFD, LFX, share margin financing and confidently introduce our product promotions to customers or prospects
Organizing in-house seminars and workshops to educate potential and existing customers on salient features of our platforms
Handling customer enquiries on their account and platform related issues
Achieving agreed targets set by manager
Job RequirementsTo thrive and be successful in this role, you must have / be:
Minimum 'O' Level/ Diploma
Experience in a customer care division and handling of online customers would be an advantage
Able to troubleshoot desktop issues relating to customers' web browsers and operating systems (Apple OS or Microsoft)
Service oriented with good communications skills and willing to go the extra mile for customers
Good team player and able to deliver within tight deadlines
Interest in the financial markets would be an advantage
