Job Description

Job ResponsibilitiesThe incumbent will be responsible for:

  • Participating in road shows and conduct system demonstration on the use of our online trading and mobile platform
  • Being well-versed with our product offering such as equities, CFD, LFX, share margin financing and confidently introduce our product promotions to customers or prospects
  • Organizing in-house seminars and workshops to educate potential and existing customers on salient features of our platforms
  • Handling customer enquiries on their account and platform related issues
  • Achieving agreed targets set by manager
Job RequirementsTo thrive and be successful in this role, you must have / be:
  • Minimum 'O' Level/ Diploma
  • Experience in a customer care division and handling of online customers would be an advantage
  • Able to troubleshoot desktop issues relating to customers' web browsers and operating systems (Apple OS or Microsoft)
  • Service oriented with good communications skills and willing to go the extra mile for customers
  • Good team player and able to deliver within tight deadlines
  • Interest in the financial markets would be an advantage
Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $2,300.00 - $2,700.00 per monthBenefits:
