HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
xc2xb7 As an exciting role at the cross-road of Richemont Customer Service platform and Cartier Flagship Boutique life, you will be an Ambassador of the Maison and you will respect the image and the client service policy of the Maison
xc2xb7 You will also support our Customer Service platform to issue Cartier cost estimations and raise further requests/appeal to CS Headquarter (WISE)
xc2xb7 You will work closely with Boutique teams to ensure close daily Repair Order management, by sharing relevant CS information, providing latest Repair Order status/updates, following-up on sensitive cases.
xc2xb7 Working closely with the CS Manager, you will ensure regular communication to provide feedback and ideas/initiatives on client service excellence and client satisfaction
xc2xb7 You will organize, follow-up and maintain all administrative documents related to Repair Order and CS stock & tools (Sales, transfers, ordersxe2x80xa6).

xc2xb7 Very rigorous, strong organization skills, Interpersonal skills, empathy, , strong solution driver, client focused and good team-player
xc2xb7 Knowledgeable about Watchmaking is a plus
xc2xb7 Prior knowledge and usage of SAP & MS office is a plus

YOUR JOURNEY WITH US:
xc2xb7 After being shortlisted, you will first meet the HRBP to get to know YOU and give you a preview of the team dynamics and company culture
xc2xb7 Subsequently, you will be meeting with the Boutique Director to dive deeper and assess your fit to this role. He/she will also share potential growth opportunities should you be successful in this position
xc2xb7 Finally, you will meet with the Commercial Director to find out more about how we operate and an opportunity for you to ask questions about the business and the Maison.
