Our Client: Industrial equipment Industry Location: Tagore (Near Thomson) Working Days: 5 days

Responsibilities

• To provide exceptional service to the clients relating to the offering of engineering products and solutions. Assist clients in appreciating the products and identify feasible solutions to meet the needs to manage and meet the expectations. Ensure that all orders generated from clients are fulfilled and delivered in a timely manner. Closely work and support Sales Solutions Engineers to grow the business by servicing current and prospective clients and retaining them through strong and lasting relationships.
• Coordinate Sales Efforts to Support Business Growth and Achieve Sales Targets
• Grow the Business and Achieve Sales Targets
• Maintain High Quality Customer Service

Job Requirement:

• Min Diploma in any field.
• At least 2-3 years related customer service experience
• Possess an aptitude in problem-solving.
• Able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of collecting, analysing, processing, and storing information.
• Good team working and communicating skills, both verbal and written.
• Able to manage relationships and expectations at various levels.
• Good interpersonal skills (approachable, positive, motivated, go-getter attitude).
• Possess computing skills, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and conferencing software.
• Maintain relevant skills and knowledge by attending essential trainings and workshops.
• Able to identify opportunities for further improvement to current order processing methods.
• Able to start work as soon as possible
