The Client Service Executive will play a vital role in supporting the sales team by providing outstanding service to clients, managing inquiries and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Respond to client inquiries via phone, email and chat in a timely and professional manner. Manage order entry and ensure accurate processing of sales orders and returns. Maintain and update client records in the system to ensure accurate data tracking and reporting. Conduct follow-ups with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns when necessary. Assist in generating sales reports and analytics to support the sales team's strategies. Work closely with other departments, including marketing and logistics. Address client issues or concerns efficiently, escalating to management as necessary.

Requirements:

Local Diploma diploma or equivalent; additional education in business, marketing or related field is a plus. Previous experience in customer service or sales support preferred. No experience is welcome. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
