Client Experience Executive

to join our front desk team -- someone with presence, initiative, and the desire to grow with us long-term.

This role is the heartbeat of our space -- you're not just answering phones or booking classes. You're the steady, welcoming face that helps hold up an entire ecosystem of care.

What You'll Be Doing

Be the first point of contact for all clients -- in person, by phone, and via email Manage class bookings, appointments, and payments using Plato (training provided) Confirm attendance, manage scheduling changes, and follow up with care Support website content updates (Squarespace) and basic admin tasks Prepare consultation rooms before sessions and tidy up after Maintain a tidy, welcoming retail space and receive stock deliveries Liaise with educators to ensure class coverage Secure the clinic at end of each day

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Alternate Saturdays, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Includes a 1-hour lunch break
