Job Description

Mission & Main Tasks
This position is responsible for securing sales through online/offline customer engagement via online sales portal. He/she will also be responsible for maintaining and upholding the brand image of the client.

Responsibilities

  • Proactive to be the primary contact point for all customer interactions throughout their purchase experience
  • High desire in pursuit of new sales leads through client's customer experience center
  • Actively contribute to the achievement of monthly sales and customer service by meeting and exceeding individual KPI's
  • Ability to handle and resolve high stress situations from adhoc customers' complaints with confidence
  • Able to address customers' enquiries, concerns, feedbacks etc, both as a team and individual
  • Able to work in rostered shift at showroom or outdoor events including weekends/public holidays
  • Strong interest in EV technology and agility at learning new products and features
  • Strong desire to establish a professional sales career in the fast growing green economy
  • Ability to deliver best-in-class customer service and experiences in a competitive environment
  • Passionate to stay ahead of the latest trends in the automotive scene
  • Explore and use innovative digital tools to engage customers for an unique customers' experience
Requirements
  • Diploma in sales, marketing, business administration or relevant disciplines
  • Prior experience in retail sales/ hotel/ hospitality/ customer service/ airline will be an added advantage
  • Valid Class 3 driving licence
