We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Client Service Executive to join our team. This role combines client servicing with active sales responsibilities, ideal for those who enjoy building networks, solving problems and achieving targets.

You'll serve as a trusted point of contact for clients while also driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients Ensure prompt and professional response to client inquiries Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and service reports Follow up on sales leads and opportunities from client interactions Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations Participate in client meetings, trade shows and networking events

Requirements:

Local Diploma or Degree in any field Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Passionate about customer service and business development Target-driven, self-motivated and eager to learn Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
