The CSL\xe2\x80\x99s key mandate is to drive sales through a close partnership and co-creation with key clients and to ensure that what is sold is delivered with high quality and on time on budget. Here we see the CSL has 3 key mandates: 1. partner and co-create with clients through a consulting approach 2. drive sales, and 3. ensure quality delivery.Core to this is the ability of the CSL to engage the clients C-suite to help them solve biz problems, ideate their digitalisation roadmap and help clients seize biz opportunities through the use of technology. All these requires the CSL to have strong consulting abilities.The role of Client Service Lead (CSL) acts as a leading role in designated key client accounts to build trusted business relationship. As a consultant to the client, this role requires the individual to have expertise and unique knowledge in the client\xe2\x80\x99s business and operating industry, in order to create differentiated and tailored value prepositions for the key client accounts. This will be in Digital Organisation Design, Digital Strategic and Master Planning, Business Case Development, etc. His/Her work will require close client engagement and interaction and he/she will need to have the right mix of strong domain and industrial knowledge, so that he/she understands the complex business needs of key clients and is able to analyse their needs. Through this, the CSL performs his/her role as a consultant to help the key client achieve its business growth while concurrently acting as a business operator for NCS to grow the client account in a profitable manner. This role is integral to sustaining and growing NCS\xe2\x80\x99 core business.He/She will lead a client account team which comprises of a Delivery Lead and a Sales Lead. For this, the CSL will be supported by a consulting team and other key staff who are experts in their respective digital, products and platforms fields.Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing a profitable key client account(s)
  • Responsible for developing and operationalising account(s) growth plans for key client account(s)
  • Act as a consultant to clients and be responsible for achieving high client satisfaction score through a deep understanding of business needs via close client engagement and interaction
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining deep key client relationships
  • Responsible for developing a point of view or thought leadership once a year to strengthen NCS brand position in the market place.
  • Responsible for ideation with client to lead to opportunity originations
Requirements:
  • University Graduate
  • Technical/Engineering Degree a plus
  • 15 years or more in IT or ICT Consulting industry in leadership positions
  • Consulting practitioner
  • Good knowledge in ISO55001
  • Ability to architect value
  • Good sales acumen
  • Good Communication skills
  • Good in managing large, diverse and complex teams
  • Understand and ability to apply social styles technique to manage stakeholders
