Maintain and develop the capability, products and services within your group to meet the current and future business requirements of the contract. Responsible for third party management and Purchase Orders. . Prepare the annual budget for sales and profit, and also work-out any changes in the planned resource for your areas of responsibility. . Provide monthly reports as necessary detailing the business activities within your area of responsibility. . Attend monthly operations group management meetings and business group meetings as necessary. . Support the Programme Manager in the obtaining new and existing business for the group. . Participate in external/internal audits within the key clients and company's facilities. . Prepare new customer account information and forward information to the Accounting Department. . Day-to-Day liaison with sub-contractors where out-standing purchase orders or where deficient deliveries are identified to minimize business disruption. . Respond to client requests and follow up on customer and vendor inquiries regarding delivery information. . Schedule and coordinate the on-site process, equipment pick-ups, and customer priorities. . Ad hoc work as assigned by Programme manager. Additional Information: . Able to use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint presentation). . Able to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment. . Able to communicate and work as team.
