Renders support to the teams in opening of client\'s account, working closely with the Client Service Managers (CSM) as well as Relationship Managers (RM) and Assistant Relationship Managers (ARM)
Assist in the organization and preparation of the following:
Screening of customers name on databases
Preparation of account opening documents
Courier account opening documents to client
Ensure completion of task on timely basis
Ensure complete and accurate case submission to facilitate a seamless account opening process
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration/ Banking and Finance or any related field
Good communication skills (spoken & written) as the role requires active interaction with business (front office teams) as well as middle office and stakeholders / business partners.
Good organization skills and ability to multi-task and work under pressure
Experience working in account opening, and client servicing is a plus
Keen eye to details and stakeholder management
