Job Description


:

The Client Service Representative will report to the Operations Lead. You will be the primary contact for the data image capture services in-country and ensure proper records are maintained as per standards. In this role, you will work in partnership with trade financing team to support scanning, pre and post release management.

Job responsibilities:

  • Process internal client request in accordance to the customer\'s document processing requirements (i.e. completion of work on time and quality)
  • Perform document pick-up, validation, scan, indexing/ encoding, and mailing/delivery/achieving
  • Maintains an efficient and updated filing system of all documents for quick and easy access upon request.
  • Verification Import and/or Export document checking in accordance to process before scanning.
  • Process department\'s suppliers\' invoices and payment allocation and submit to immediate head for approval
  • Understand the flow of import/export transaction across different functions & products e.g. LC (Letter of Credit) advising, document checking, acceptance, reimbursement claim and payment.
  • Maintenance of service logs of the assigned equipment\'s along with business information reporting
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in digital imaging in a bank environment
  • High degree of self-motivation with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong priority management, multi-tasking, and organizational skills
  • High energy level and sense of urgency
  • Ability to perform with ambiguous and/or changing direction/flexibility a must
  • Ability to learn processes and technology quickly
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • Prior experience within the Financial services industry is highly preferred.
  • Prior experience with trade processing transaction
