About Our Client

• Our client is a established and niche player within the wealth management industry. They serve a global clientele which ranges from high/ultra high net worth individuals, family offices and investment funds who wishes to allocate part of their investment portfolio into alternative assets. They are currently looking for a client service associate to join their growing team, focusing on client onboarding, periodic review and client servicing

Reporting directly to a Client Relationship Manager, your key responsibilities would include:

• Assist the manager to perform customers due diligence at different stages of client\'s trade cycle

• Assist the manager to perform periodical KYC/AML reviews

• Compile and ensure completeness of clients records

• Prepare and compile trade related documents for the manager

• Prepare and compile periodic clients\' reporting package for the manager

• Liaise with High Net Worth/Ultra High Net Worth clients and provide assistance in person, on email or telephonically

• Conduct desk research to identify prospective customers

• Prepare wires to clients

The Successful Applicant
To succeed in this role, you should ideally possess the following:

• Degree in Business, Finance or relevant disciplines

• At least 2 years of hands on working experience in client servicing or periodic reviews

• Strong passion for client servicing and interpersonal skills

• Experienced with periodic reviews client servicing and client onboarding

• Strong desire for customer relationship management & servicing of high net worth clients
