Job Description


  • Lead effective implementation and client realization for all projects and delivery for our clients
  • Drive effective project management through the consistent application of DDI’s project management process
  • Collaborate with other delivery leaders to manage resource allocation to optimize team capacity
  • Collaborate with DDI virtual classroom facilitators to ensure a positive experience for virtual classroom participants
  • Implement performance management and personal/professional development plans for all eam members
  • Support key sales opportunities and guide project delivery and implementation
  • Develop team capabilities to provide integrated business solutions to DDI clients
  • Use of DDI technology to support projects, such as 360 and Learning Portal
  • Provide project management support for large-scale projects, and project management leadership for smaller projects
  • Support design and development of client specific materials
  • Manage contractor resourcing, utilization, scheduling and expense claims
  • Track project costing and profitability
  • Ensure prompt submission of invoices upon completion of key milestone for all projects
  • Ensure forecast accuracy of global and branch opportunities in CRM
  • Review and submission of monthly reports to the finance team
