Manage client's expectation Prompt and accurate update of data in Salesforce. Ensure documentation and entries in Salesforce comply to the standard operating procedures of various department. Ability to identify inconsistent data. Coordinate and execute premier customer services according to quotation and costing with the support of the relevant departments to achieve customer's satisfaction Plan and prepare the required resources to ensure that the services are in accordance with the quotation and costing Actively seek and consolidate information, process request from clients for Operations/Warehouse preparation and planning Main liaison with the other departments to ensure a timely and professional execution of project Monitor and ensure that project is delivered in a timely and correct manner Actively collect feedback from client for review and improvements. Share the feedback with the other departments for learning points and self-improvements Job requirements: Minimum of 3-year experience in related field Proficient computing skills (Salesforce, Microsoft Office, etc.) Arts Management and/or Hospitality experience preferred Intermediate knowledge of Customs & Freight Formalities Excellent time management, organizational and planning skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently under a tight timeline / pressure
