Job Description

As an Assistant Marketing & Sales Executive, you'll play a dual role - helping to build our brand and supporting our sales activities. Your job is to bridge marketing creativity with real-world results.

Marketing Campaigns & Analytics

Support the planning and execution of sales-driven marketing campaigns Collaborate with the team to align marketing efforts with business targets Track performance of marketing campaigns and sales conversions Provide reports and insights on customer behavior, preferences, and feedback Suggest improvements to marketing messages and sales scripts based on results

Digital Marketing & Social Media

Manage social media platforms and create content to attract and engage potential customers Monitor and respond to online enquiries or leads generated from campaigns

Client Engagement & Events

Support in client events, webinars, and product launches Help manage registration, invitations, follow-ups, and post-event feedback Assist in product/service demos or onboarding presentations

Market Research

Conduct market and competitor research to support both sales and marketing strategy Identify trends, customer needs, and new business opportunities

What We're Looking For

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience with social media platforms, and basic digital marketing is an advantage Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a team-first mindset Creative eye with basic design or content creation skills (e.g. Canva, PowerPoint)
