Through designing insurance products with insurers and usage of digital platforms, Windward seeks to enable clients to have more transparency on pricing and risks for business insurance, making business insurance cover affordable and simple to buy. What you are responsible for: 1) New Business Broking and Client Account Management Client advisory and handling of new business matters pertaining to Employee Benefits and Health Insurance. Cross selling of IPMI to HNW clients, with appropriate support from the team Cross and Up selling of existing accounts Close follow up of new business referrals In charge of ensuring that employee database of clients are kept up to date. Follow up with insurers and follow through with client on Policy Documents, Invoicing and payment matters. Understanding, facilitating and finalizing any claims or premium refund process from clients, whilst working with Client Account Manager if necessary 2) Admin and Operations Ensure Corp Pass permissions and operations are in order Ensuring Professional Indemnity Insurance is in place for the firm Acquiring new Insurance capacity providers, ensuring TOBAs and other administrative documents are in order Liaising with Corporate Secretary, Tax Agents, Audit Partners, amongst others, to ensure smooth operations of the firm (Eventually) Oversee outsourced Finance work and XERO operations Manage and set up both team and client meetings (Online and face to face) Ensure roll out of marketing strategy such as Namecards and Email Signatures Involved in digitalizing hard copy agreements into soft copies and saving them in appropriate places on the Shared Drive 3) Talent Acquisition and Human Resources Operations Raise HR Payroll, CPF and track leave benefits Drive In house Recruitment searches and onboarding: i. Understanding and defining Job responsibilities, and crafting of ii. Posting on Job Boards and monitoring of suitable candidate inflow iii. Interview scheduling, feedback, main liaison with recruitment partners iv. Gather and give feedback after interviewing selected candidate Onboarding new employees and set up processes Responsible for registering of courses, tracking of payment, reimbursements, AP and grants Ensuring Employee Benefits Insurance is in order for new staff Engaging in recruiting and acquiring Insurance agents and partners for Windward . Administrative Duties Google, Insurer, 3rd Party Vendor Account and Password Management Any other administrative duties as advised by CEO and Supervisors
