Job Profile Summary:
In this role, you will be focusing on the servicing and maintaining of renewal business for our Enterprise Business. As part of this dynamic role, you will report to the Lead of EBS Renewals and work closely with One Agency to increase and expand the Enterprise Business.
:Able to lead discussion with clients on employee benefits matter including flexible benefits program.
Able to coordinate and work with internal stakeholders and external vendors to meet client objectives
Prepare and conduct communication sessions to employees
Ensure all TAT are met within industry standard
Develop and implement strategies on upselling new line of covers
Review and improve existing work processes through automation
Ability to build strong relationships with client
