The Role:

As a Client Success Associate +Onboarding within our APAC team, you\xe2\x80\x99ll have the opportunity to work with major brand advertisers in the fast-paced, online travel-advertising environment. You will play a critical role within the company through hands-on management of advertiser campaigns while developing and maintaining our partner relationships

Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with clients and internal teams on day-to-day operational processes to onboard clients onto Sojern\xe2\x80\x99s solutions
  • Attend client meetings and prepare client for campaign onboarding process
  • Coordinate with sales, ad operations, and external clients to ensure campaigns are successfully launched
  • Make recommendations for campaign improvement to sales and clients, including providing feedback on creative
  • Resolve customer and operational problems during campaign onboarding, providing general technical support on products
  • Provide high-quality service and achieve customer satisfaction
What you bring to the table:
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Accounting or a related area
  • Campaign / account management experience, ideally Ad Tech / Programmatic
  • An intimate understanding of the APAC ad-tech landscape and key players on both the buy and sell sides
  • Ability to manage the challenges of working in the region and juggle multiple accounts whilst providing excellent client service
  • Experience with some or all of the following platforms tools: DBM, DCM, DS, Turn, Salesforce, Facebook
  • A keen interest or understanding of the Programmatic, Exchange, Network & Display space; Programmatic preferred but not required
  • Strong analytical ability that leverages our data-driven platform to produce successful campaigns
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and client services potential
  • Highly developed computer skills with experience using MS Excel and Powerpoint, Google applications; SQL and JavaScript preferred but not required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Willing to wear multiple hats and roll up your sleeves to get the job done
