Manage onboarding and support for new and existing clients
Handle client queries, ensuring prompt resolution and satisfaction
Monitor client usage and engagement metrics
Collaborate with product, sales and marketing teams to advocate client needs
Identify upsell opportunities and assist in retention strategies
Requirements
Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with a customer-first mindset
Prior experience in client-facing or support roles is a plus
Able to multitask and handle high-pressure situations
