Job Description

• Position: Client Success/Marketing/Account Servicing Executive (Agency)
• Location: WFH
• Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays | 9am to 6pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $5,000 + Variable Bonus (Up to 1 Month) + Performance Bonus (Up to 3 Months) + $500 Flexi Benefits/year + 14 Days Annual Leave + Transport allowance (reimbursable for Meetings, Events etc.)

Responsibilities

• Account servicing, including direct interfacing with clients via video conferencing, voice calls, emails and face-to-face meetings to support them in their marketing needs as a trusted, value-adding partner.
• Project management, including managing assigned client projects to ensure that the agreed outcomes are achieved on time and on budget. This may involve developing project timelines, managing resources and preparing budgets as directed.
• Partnership management, including developing creative briefs and interfacing with downstream partners as required to deliver on assigned projects.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in relevant studies
• 2 years of agency experience is an added advantage but NOT a must
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Copywriting Skills and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Good attitude, willing to learn and being proactive
