Job Description


Tetsuyu Healthcare is a fast-growing health tech company specializing in software solutions for the community care sector. Our mission is to revolutionize aged and home care through AI-powered technology, making healthcare more accessible and efficient.

We are looking for a proactive Client Support Executive to support project implementation as we expand our suite of healthtech solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing feature testing for new features scheduled to be launched for client use. They will also schedule and facilitate user acceptance tests working with clients, conduct training and provide post implementation support.
