Job Description


Job Responsibilities:

  • Servicing as customer interface for all service matters
  • Assisting on site installation and commissioning
  • Providing post-implementation training to customer
  • Preparing documentation and process for office and customer
  • Facilitating internal and external user acceptance test (UAT)
  • Any other ad hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements:
  • Diploma in any field
  • At least 1 year of experience in a Support Role, preferably dealing with IT systems and/or software
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong team-player, with ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware, internet setting
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office
