Job Description


What you will do: As a client support specialist in our Singapore office, you will provide the world-class service Gallup’s clients expect from us. Supporting a wide variety of Gallup services and products, you will help clients, consumers and survey respondents troubleshoot problems and navigate our platforms. Using your excellent written and verbal communication skills and knack for technology, you will answer questions about our products and help transform stressful situations into positive interactions via phone, email and chat support. While, most of the time, you will work independently, you’ll also collaborate with your team, providing backup and guidance to your co-workers as needed. What you need:
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma preferred
  • Previous customer support and chat experience an asset
  • Full fluency in English
  • You must be authorised to work in Singapore on a full-time basis; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship.
