Title: Clients & Markets Intern - Event Team

Work you\'ll do

• End-to-end support in the planning of different types of high-quality events (Eg. Conferences, seminars, hybrid events and webinars)
• Event support to ensure smooth execution of all events (on-site and online)
• Liaise with key stakeholders and vendors to ensure event requirements are met
• Daily administrative tasks include organizing meetings, follow-up actions, logistics and printing event materials.
• Inventory management of stationaries, gifts, and other items.
• Venue sourcing for different event requirements such as hotel, event spaces & restaurants
• Events calendar maintenance to ensure all events are recorded and updated.

Requirements

• Able to multi-task and handle multiple projects
• Good communication skills
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, able to be resourceful and adapt to different situations during events
• Have a keen attention to detail and is well-organized

• Availabile to commit at least 4 to 6 months of full-time internship is highly preferred
