About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and purpose-driven Climate Tech Intern to join our team full-time for 6-8 months, with strong potential for a permanent position afterwards.

As a Climate Tech Intern, you will play an active role across business development, strategy, fundraising, and technical support. Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting market and industry research to support strategic planning and growth Preparing and updating investor presentations, pitch decks, and fundraising materials Supporting ongoing fundraising activities, including investor outreach and due diligence Contributing to strategy decks, business models, and financial overviews Assisting with marketing, social media content, and brand positioning Supporting sales initiatives and technical project tasks as needed

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for curious, entrepreneurial minds ready to roll up their sleeves and grow with us. Ideally, you have:

A background in Business, Engineering, Chemical or Environmental Sciences, or Economics (postgraduates preferred, but exceptional undergraduates welcome too) Some exposure to sustainability, climate tech, or fundraising support in Asia -- through consulting, corporate roles, or start-up experience Genuine passion for climate innovation and industrial technologies A collaborative spirit, resilience, and a self-starter mentality Excellent research, writing, and presentation skills Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with market intelligence tools Fluency in English; additional Asian languages are a plus

Our Process

Shortlisted candidates will be invited for virtual or face-to-face interviews and asked to complete a short test (such as an investment or business case exercise).
