Eye Specialist Clinic

A comprehensive one-stop eye specialist centre for treating eye disease. We are committed to providing quality eye care and treatment. The centre manages general eye diseases, including cataract, cornea diseases, glaucoma, retinal disease treatment. We also provides a comprehensive range of refractive surgical options, including LASIK and Implantable Contact Lens (ICL) surgery. Be part of a dynamic, growing eye specialist practice.

Responsibilities:

Perform clinic administrative duties, including financial counselling, insurance related matters (e.g. claims, letter of guarantees), booking of surgeries, etc Handle general and phone-call enquiries and scheduling of appointments Clinic reception work Attend to patients' needs To assist the doctor in the clinic Work hand in hand with team members to meet job objectives

Requirements:

Service oriented Good grooming and pleasant disposition Possess positive working attitude, diligent, high degree of motivation and drive Has initiative, able to work independently and work well in a team Good communication skills and ability to handle customers across all levels Able to at least converse in English and Mandarin Experience in customer service or retail an added advantage Singaporeans only
