Roles & Responsibilities Our oncologist clinics are looking for incumbents who enjoy working in hospitality, food and beverages environment to be part of our front desk operations team:
s

• Answering of phone calls promptly while at the front desk;
• Be the first person to provide quality services to walk in visitors;
• Provide support to doctor and nurses in preparing patients for their consultation at the clinic;
• Assist in ordering and tracing of investigatory tests to ensure smooth patients' experience;
• Ensure accurate and timely update of document in clinic systems and the management of document at the front desk;
• Assist in the processing of bills correctly and accurately;
• Follow up on every patient’s full cycle at clinic which end with fixing of next appointment, if any;
• Prepare for next day’s operation.

Requirements

• Diploma or ITE qualification in any area;
• Experience working in service industry is preferred;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Meticulous and able to multi-task while on the job;
• Able to travel to different clinics to support similar operations when required to:
• Good computer literarcy in MS Office and fast in pikcing up clinic and PABX system.
