The Role:
You are the Ambassador, the first point of contact for MHC Medical Centre!
As a member of our Operations Team, you will service clients in ways that fit their needs most by familiarizing with all our services and solutions.
The role is also responsible to deliver a positive customer experience, regardless of nature, which includes but not limited to, enquiries, feedback, and complaints through all communication channels.
You will be maintaining customers’ satisfaction by addressing the customer’s concerns efficiently and ensuring that we deliver value through appropriate solutions. Our ambassadors are customer-centric and have relevant experience in Customer Service. They are passionate about service delivery and assertive to hold difficult conversations.
