Job Description

- Position Title: Clinic Assistant / Clinic Coordinator
- Working Location: Orchard
- Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon \xe2\x80\x93 Fri, 8.30 am \xe2\x80\x93 5 pm; Sat 8.30 am \xe2\x80\x93 3 pm)
- Salary Package: Basic + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
- Attending to walk-in patients and visitors
- Registration and scheduling of appointments for patients
- Answering general phone and email enquiries
- Assist doctor with aesthetic procedures (eg laser, botox, fillers) and treatments (eg RF, HIFU, facials)
- Billing and inventory
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
- At least 1 year of related working experience.
- Computer-literate.
