Job Responsibilities: Frontline support, including inbound and outbound calls, and emails.
Handle patients with registration, appointment scheduling and rescheduling, referral, and payment.
Provide administrative support as and when required.
Provide clinical support and various home monitoring measurements such as blood pressure and heart rate monitoring.
Liaise with the operations management team.
Job Requirements: 6 days work week: 9 am - 9 pm, Rotating shift.
Min N level education
Candidate who is able to speak Mandarin will have an added advantage as the role will require to support Chinese patients that does not understand English.
Flexible location but comfortable with travelling
