Part-time Clinic Assistant (Location: Choa Chu Kang)

We are looking for part-time clinic assistants at our My Family Clinic - Choa Chu Kang branch!

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily operational duties at outpatient clinic

• Registration of patients and provide frontline customer service

• Process prescription accurately and dispensing of medicines

• Process of billing transactions under different government schemes and managed care programmes

• Manage inventory and replenish of medicines and consumable items

• Operate Clinic Management System

• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by clinic supervisor/ doctor

Requirements:

• Preferably Entry Level specialized in Healthcare - Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent

• Prior experience in outpatient GP clinic operations preferred

• Familiar with MOH regulatory requirements for Clinic will be an added advantage

• Computer literacy

• Hourly rated and variable allowances provided
