Making of outbound calls to patients and clinics. To coordinate with clinics to ensure experience for patients are enhanced To make bookings and help with registration of patients Assist with the issurance of tax invoices for patients of clinics Filing and faxing it coordinate various activities within the department Assisting with other ad-hoc admin duties What It Takes: Singaporeans Only Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) Good communication and writing skills Service Oriented, responsible, fast learner and meticulous To be a team worker and able to thrive on challenges Min.
