JOB RESPONSBILITIES:
- Arranging appointments
- Handle feedback, email/phone enquiries
- Deliver excellent, warm and efficient customer service
- Registration, cashiering and handling enquiries
- Dispense medications
- Administrative support
- Conduct financial counselling to patients
- Submission of claims and insurance
- Other duties which the Company may designate
5.5 days OFFICE HOURS
- 8.30am - 5.30pm (Mon to Fri)
- 8.30am - 12.30pm (Sat)
- Orchard
