- Answer routine telephone calls from patients and colleagues from other clinics within the organisation
- Deal with enquiries to provide non-clinical advice and information on clinic service
- Update patient registration information and process medical records in accordance with standard operating procedures or instruction from the supervisor
- Liaise with medical staff and patients in making appointment across the different specialities available within the organisation
- Assist doctors and nurses in basic clinical procedures, when necessary
