Location: Novena, Orchard
Working hours: Mon-Fri 8.30am-5.30pm, Sat 8.30am-1pm
Salary: $9.50-$12/hr
Job description:
- Provide frontline customer service
- Scheduling of appointment and patient registration
- Booking of referral appointments
- Handling phone calls and inquiries
- Process medical insurances, tax invoices and payment collection
- Maintaining inventory levels
- Handle administrative and ad-hoc duties
