Job Responsibilities:

• Frontline support, including inbound and outbound calls, and emails.
• Handle patients with registration, appointment scheduling and rescheduling, referral, and payment.
• Provide administrative support as and when required.
• Assist with clinical procedures, including but not limited to measurement of blood pressure and body mass index, the conduct of eye tests, ECG and other biometric measurements.

Job Requirements:

• Min O level with relevant experience or Diploma education.
• Strong customer and service-oriented posture.
• Open to candidates with no experience, seeking to join the healthcare industry.
• Candidate who is able to speak mandarin will have an added advantage as the role will require supporting Chinese patients that does not understand English.
