Position Title: Clinic Assistant
Working Location: Jurong West
Working Hours: 5.5 Days, 44hrs per week (Saturday half day, 9am - 1pm)
Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + VB
Duration: Permanent
Responsibilities
Deliver patient care and maintain high service standards to ensure efficient clinic operations.
Manage patient registration processes and respond to incoming phone enquiries.
Dispense medicines as prescribed by the doctors for the patient.
Assist doctors during minor medical procedures and aesthetic treatments.
Guide patients through diagnostic procedures like X-rays, audiometry, and ultrasound, following established protocols.
Handle documentation and coordination related to blood tests, employment screenings for domestic helpers, and radiology reports.
Assist in collecting biological samples for health screenings, such as urine and stool specimens.
Monitor inventory levels of clinic supply and assist in restocking both drug and non-drug items.
Help coordinate and schedule patient appointments.
Carry out additional tasks to support clinic operations.
