Clinic Assistant (Part-time)

Looking for part-time clinic assistants at our My Family Clinic Branches in Toa Payoh and Boon Keng!

Responsibilities

• Perform daily operational duties at outpatient clinic
• Registration of patients and provide frontline customer service
• Process prescription accurately and dispensing of medicines
• Process of billing transactions under different government schemes and managed care programmes
• Manage inventory and replenish of medicines and consumable items
• Operate Clinic Management System
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by clinic supervisor/ doctor

Requirements

• Students who are applying should ideally be able to commit a minimum period of 6 months on part-time basis (min 2 shifts on weekdays and 1 weekend shift)
• Previous experience in outpatient operations is preferred
• Good customer service skills and able to multitask
• Familiar with MOH regulatory requirements for Clinic will be an added advantage
• Computer literacy
• Shift work based on clinic operation hours
