Job Overview

We are looking for a

Clinic Assistant

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is professional, well-groomed, and customer-oriented, with a genuine interest in aesthetics and patient care. You will play an essential role in supporting clinic operations and ensuring each client's experience is seamless from consultation to treatment.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist clients in a warm and professional manner Manage appointment scheduling and client inquiries (phone, email, walk-ins) Prepare treatment rooms and ensure cleanliness and readiness for each client Assist doctors and therapists during aesthetic or laser procedures (as trained) Handle payments, billing, and basic administrative duties Maintain inventory of skincare products and clinic supplies Uphold strict confidentiality and clinic hygiene standards Support marketing or promotional activities as needed

Requirements

Minimum [O-Level / Diploma / Certificate] in Nursing, Beauty Therapy, or related field Prior experience in a medical aesthetics or beauty clinic preferred (training provided for the right candidate) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Pleasant, professional appearance and demeanor Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable with basic computer and administrative tasks Willingness to learn about skincare, laser, and aesthetic procedures
