Clinic Assistant [ O & G Specialist ]

Job Description
- Working Days: 5.5 days
- 8.30am - 5.30pm (Mon to Fri), 8.30am - 1pm (Sat)
- Salary: $ 2200 - $ 3000 + AWS + Bonus
- Location: Nearest to Novena MRT
- Provide frontline customer service
- Scheduling of appointment and patient registration
- Handling phone calls and inquiries
- Handle emails and insurance claims
- Provide quality patient care through patient education and assisting doctors with chaperoning and minor procedures.
- Process invoice and payment collection
- Booking of referral appointments
- Maintaining inventory levels,drugs dispensing & equipment maintenance
- Handle administrative, submission of MOH Logs and ad-hoc duties
- With 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in specialist clinic / hospital setting
