Clinic Assistant / Officer Hours / Multiple location * Work locations: Orchard/ Novena/ Kembangan/ Bukit Timah as assigned * Salary: $2350 to $3800 + VB + OT * Working hours: 6 Day (Monday to Clinic Assistant / Officer Hours / Multiple location Work locations: Orchard/ Novena/ Kembangan/ Bukit Timah as assigned Salary: $2350 to $3800 + VB + OT Working hours: 6 Day (Monday to Saturday, Closed on Sundays and Public Holidays) Working Hour: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. : Managing appointments, payments and patient enquiries Preparation of instruments and treatment rooms Assisting Podiatrists during assessment and treatment Handling patient's concerns and provide appropriate solutions Maintaining overall cleanliness of clinic Ensuring equipment are operationally-ready Updating and maintaining patient files and database Administrative duties and other relevant duties as required for clinic operations Job Requirement: Able to establish and maintain a positive rapport with teammates and patients Relevant Experiences
