• Provide frontline customer service
• Scheduling of appointment and patient registration
• Handling phone calls and inquiries
• Handle emails and insurance claims
• Provide quality patient care through patient education and assisting doctors with chaperoning and minor procedures.
• Process invoice and payment collection
• Booking of referral appointments
• Maintaining inventory levels, drugs dispensing & equipment maintenance
• Handle administrative, submission of MOH Logs and ad-hoc duties

Job Requirements

• With 2 years of relevant experience in specialist clinic/ hospital setting
• Training provided
