Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Welcome patients and assist with check-in and check-out procedures Schedule appointments and manage patient records Answer phone and respond to general inquiries Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the clinic Assist with preparation of treatment rooms and basic administrative tasks Handle payments and issue receipts

Required Skills



Good communication and interpersonal skills Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, clinic software preferred) Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Prior healthcare or TCM clinic experience is an advantage Able to commit full period between 9-23 Oct

Work Location & Arrangement



Located at Orchard Road Hourly pay of $10-12
Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 2 weeks

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 48 - 52 per week
